Vote Yes on Measure W to Protect Essential City Services and Maintain Aging Infrastructure
Vote Yes on W to protect what makes San Rafael a great place to live.
Safe neighborhoods, rapid 9-1-1 response, well-kept parks, and quality public infrastructure protect our safety and property values.
As the number of 911 emergency calls continues to rise, adding dedicated ambulances would strengthen the City’s emergency response by providing greater capacity for medical calls such as heart attacks and strokes while keeping firefighters and paramedics available for fires, accidents, and other emergencies.
San Rafael maintains 173 miles of streets and sidewalks, 25 parks, and public infrastructure serving nearly 60,000 residents.
Voting Yes on W maintains the essential city services and repairs aging infrastructure before it becomes more expensive to fix later.
Measure W will:

Maintain 9-1-1 emergency medical, police, and fire response times
Prevent street and sidewalk deterioration

Support SAFE Team to limit impacts of homelessness and connect people to services

Maintain storm drain systems to prevent flooding
Measure W requires strict fiscal accountability and local control. All Measure W funds stay here. Independent oversight, annual audits, and public spending disclosure are required.
Vote YES on W to maintain reliable emergency response, repair aging infrastructure before it becomes more expensive, and keep San Rafael a great place to live.
